HR Co ordinator

Qualification:
Job Profile:
with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's
human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies,
programs, and practices.
? Assist in handling employee life cycle management from Hire to Retire
? Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting the profiles based on technical and behavioural
fitment
? Scheduling and coordinating for all levels of interviews with the stakeholders.

? Ensure a smooth onboarding process

for new hires and ensure the documentation
process is taken care of completely
? Responsible for employee engagement activities including birthday celebrations, festival
celebrations, cultural, sports, fun at work, etc
? Drive timely performance management activity for the region
? Ensure all HR SOPs are in place and adhered to by the team effectively

? Ensure HR deliverables are met on time and connect with the team is established

Desired Profile:
? Proactive, Efficient individual
? Excellent Communication skills.
? Must have good command over MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
? Must have an experience in Job portals.
? Good learner
