Job SummaryTaking care of students in their allotted blocksMediating between student disputes about noise, unacceptable behavior etc., to the company, thus ensuring good order and behavior is maintained in the HostelAvailable for on call duty whenever required, which provides emergency cover in the evenings and weekendsAssisting the site staff with the admission related documentation of new studentsEstablishing and maintaining appropriate social contact with studentsProviding relevant information about the students whenever it is requiredOffering appropriate first aid support when needed.Liaison with Student Representative, Director Academics, Head of Administration and COO respectively, over student issues or concernsMaintaining accurate records and writing reports to help to identify trends that may require actionAbility to manage time effectivelyNegotiation/facilitation skillsCo-ordinate with the management for framing policies, rules and regulations for hostelCreation of all facilities in the hostelSupervise for the smooth running of the hostels and related facilities withinPlan for upgradation and maintenance

of Facilities in the hostelsEnsure security of the students by co-ordinating with the security officer and staffKey ResponsibilitiesMaintenance of discipline in HostelSupervise hostel blocks, food and other facilitiesCo-ordinate with Administration Team for student transportationCo-ordinate with Academic and Admission Team for student personal documentationMediating and liasioning between student and College for relevant issuesProviding relevant information of studentsLeading activities of Student Service CentreAvailable for on call duty at all timesResponding to on-site emergenciesKey Knowledge and Skill RequirementsExcellent service skills.Proactive, resourceful and flexible.Able to quickly absorb new information regarding tools and processes.Able to work well with all levels of internal Students, management and staffPositive approach and attitude toward work
