- Handle customer requests, orders, and escalations promptly and accurately.
- Document all interactions with customers accurately for future reference.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Meet service level agreements and performance targets consistently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,857.85 - ₹30,396.76 per month
