**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in import/export documentation, freight forwarding with CHA.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, shipping documents, and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and logistics-related software.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with shipping lines, freight forwarding, or customs brokerage.
- Knowledge of Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and international tariffs.
- Proficiency in using logistics and shipment tracking software.

**Other Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving skills to address unexpected shipment issues.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin, and Packing Lists.
- Ensure all documentation complies with import/export regulations and the destination country’s requirements.
- **Customs Compliance**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs and regulatory requirements for international shipping.
- Ensure compliance with customs documentation regulations for both export and import.
- **Coordination**:

- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, customs agents, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve shipment and documentation issues.
- **Tracking and Reporting**:

- Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain a database of shipping documents and update the internal tracking systems.
- **Documentation Filing**:

- Ensure proper filing and storage of all relevant shipping documentation for future audits or customs checks.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Address issues related to shipping documentation, delayed deliveries, or regulatory concerns.
- Work with customs officials when needed to resolve any issues.
- **Auditing**:

- Conduct periodic audits of documents to ensure they comply with company standards and international regulations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
