**Job Summary**:
The Export/Import (ExIm) Documentation Assistant will assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing export and import documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and global partners to facilitate the smooth movement of goods while maintaining accurate shipment records and providing administrative support to enhance the efficiency of ExIm operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and reviewing export and import documents, such as commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and customs paperwork.
- Coordinate with internal departments, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and efficient shipment processing.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms for both exports and imports.
- Communicate effectively with international clients, suppliers, and partners to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide shipment updates.
- Maintain accurate records of export/import documentation, shipment details, and customs clearance processes.
- Monitor shipment schedules and delivery timelines to ensure on-time delivery of goods and receipt of materials.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies or delays in shipment documentation or customs clearance.
- Support process improvements to streamline documentation procedures and enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations, customs laws, and requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the export/import department, including data entry, filing, and correspondence management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (B. Com or related fields preferred).
- Experience in export/import operations, especially in manufacturing or steel industries.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with international clients and partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with export documentation software preferred.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Fluency in English is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
