As a Refurbished Laptop Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of high-quality refurbished laptops to customers. Your primary objective will be to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction by providing expert advice, addressing inquiries, and offering personalized solutions that meet their computing needs. You will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the overall success of our sales department.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales manager.

2. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our refurbished laptop products, their specifications, features, and benefits.

4. Consultative Selling: Utilize consultative selling techniques to recommend the most appropriate refurbished laptop based on the customer's needs, budget, and preferences.

5. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell accessories, peripherals, and extended warranty packages to enhance the customer's computing experience.

6. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the functionalities and advantages of the refurbished laptops.

7. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales process, from pre-sales queries to after-sales support.

8. Maintain Records: Keep accurate and updated records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory in the sales database.

9. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to make informed sales decisions.

10. Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

11. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to optimize the customer experience and achieve overall company goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in selling laptops or electronics.
- Strong knowledge of laptops, computer hardware, and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Result-oriented and self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
