**Responsibilities**:

- Researching prospects and generating leads through cold calling.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints & explaining service packages.
- Preparing and sending quotes, packages and/or proposals.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Building and maintaining data on our CRM database.
- Meeting daily and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative/Sales Executive/Sales Specialist/BDE
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
