Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospective clients' requirements and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate our interior design services to potential clients, highlighting the unique value propositions and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations tailored to individual client needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure seamless communication and execution of projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote our brand and services.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proven track record of at least [X years] of successful sales experience, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
- Strong understanding of interior design concepts, trends, and materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
