**Job Overview**:

- **Responsibilities**:_
- Plan and organize events, including conferences, weddings, and corporate gatherings.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to understand event requirements and expectations.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure services within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and enhance attendance.
- Coordinate event setup, breakdown, and supervise on-site staff to ensure seamless execution.
- Handle unforeseen issues and troubleshoot problems during events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Prepare post-event reports and evaluations for continuous improvement.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset for event planning.
- Familiarity with event management software is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Kochi, Kerala (required)
