**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Nurturing and Data Management**:

- Manage task lists and prioritize activities to support lead nurturing efforts.
- Update and maintain data shared by the outreach and business development teams.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries in CRM systems and spreadsheets.

**Event Support**:

- Act as a helping hand during educational/college activation events and brand campaigns.
- Assist in event planning, including logistics coordination, venue setup, and attendee management.
- Provide on-site support to ensure smooth event execution and address any issues that may arise.

**Vendor Management**:

- Identify potential vendors for event-related services such as catering, audiovisual equipment, and promotional materials.
- Assess vendor capabilities, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, maintaining a smooth supply chain.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Liaise with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align efforts and achieve common goals.
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and event attendees.
- Provide regular updates on project status and key metrics to relevant stakeholders.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in administrative tasks related to marketing and events, such as budget tracking and expense reporting.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed for meetings and presentations.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties related to operations and marketing as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on event support and vendor management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based at Andheri east, chakala
- Occasional travel may be required for attending events or meetings.
- The Operations Executive will report directly to the Sr. Operation Executive/ Founder
- We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
