Mis Secretary

Act as ‘follow-up Manager’ across the Board and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that a wide range of agreed actions are being executed
- Integration of Excel with other Microsoft Office tools, such as Word and PowerPoint, for seamless data transfer and presentation.
- Proficient in using VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP functions to search and retrieve data from different Excel ranges.
- Proficient in writing complex formulas for calculations, logical operations, and statistical analysis, Ability
- Attend meetings to take notes and action points
- Facilitate communication and information sharing among departments
- Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external clients
- Manage diary and schedule meetings.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience of 2-5 years as a Personal Assistant
- Qualification required is Bachelor of Arts or Graduation
- **Expert in Typing**
- English Typing
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- **Excellent verbal and written communications skills (both Hindi & English)**
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
