**About Job**:
**AGM International Sales** will be responsible to develop new clients in the overseas and also increase sales with the existing clients. He / she shall have good knowledge of **Ayurveda industry **and should have excellent communication skills.

**Job Role**:

- Responsible for Strategy Planning and execution of Annual Operating Plan that include market share and brand visibility enhancement in the international market.
- Identifying and analyzing potential customers, exploring new territories and other market opportunities in overseas and develop strategies and export plan to achieve the business goal
- Introducing different franchise / distribution methods / channel partners based on the country specific requirements and needs
- Participate various national / international exhibitions to promote sales & export
- Establish contractual agreements with vendors for export of products

**Key Deliverables**:

- To develop and deliver annual export plan and meet the budgets
- To develop new clients and improve margins
- To increase the export share of the division in the industry

**SKILLS**:

- Good knowledge on the **Ayurveda** industry
- Proven track record in the areas of International sales
- Must have developed new customers / geographies in recent past
- Strong interpersonal skills and Business Presentation Skills

**About the person**:
**- Age: 40 - 45 years**

**- Education: M.B.A or Equivalent Degree in Marketing**

**- Languages: English, Hindi & Malayalam
- fluency in oral and writing is must.**

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
