Our Client is a dynamic and rapidly growing HVAC company with PAN India Presence. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and Generate Leads**:

- Research and identify potential clients or business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- **Client Acquisition**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Present our products/services to potential clients and effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Negotiation and Deal Closure**:

- Conduct negotiations and close deals with clients.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and potential opportunities.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive with a track record of successful sales.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
