Job Title: Account Executive - Bangalore Role Overview:

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:

- Presenting effectively: You can clearly express ideas and information to others and adjust your style according to the specific situation and audience.
- Leading your market: You excel at evaluating local market characteristics, trends, and drivers, and effectively prioritize and lead the performance of a portfolio of accounts to achieve business goals.
- Identifying and articulating partner needs: You can build value for partners by identifying, clarifying, and prioritizing their needs.
- Formulating and positioning solutions: You enjoy creating customer value for partners by matching their needs to relevant offerings and presenting these in compelling ways.
- Gaining dedication: Moving partner conversations forward and leading them to a successful outcome.
- Self-awareness, leading and developing yourself: You achieve business goals and make a difference in interacting with partners by recognizing both your own and others' emotions and using this information to guide your thinking and behavior.

Role Qualifications and Requirements:

- 2 to 3 years of validated experience in a sales or account management role.
- Proficient in English, Tamil, or Malayalam.
- Affinity/experience within e-travel and/or the hotel/travel industry.
- Proactive, responsible, friendly, and able to work independently.
- Accurate, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Phenomenal teammate, motivated, flexible, and open to change.
- Positive demeanor.
- Driver's license.
- Availability to travel 50% of the time.
- You already live in India and have a work permit to work in India.
