**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
- Update Tally software on a daily basis
- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts
- Publish financial statements and reports in time
- Conduct month-end and year-end close process
- Collect, analyze and summarize account information
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns and other statutory filings
- Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
- Manage payroll and resolve employee queries
- Interact with bank and maintain relationship
- Keep information confidential and secure them with database backups
- Be responsible for payment collections
- Manage distributor billing and payments
- Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an accountant
- Excellent organizing, analytical and managerial abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
- B.Com / M.Com/ CA or any relevant degree
