- Educational Qualifications: B.Sc (Chemistry)-

- Receipt of incoming goods.-

- Identification of all materials stored.-

- Packaging.-
- Issue and despatch.-
- Maintenance of stock records.-
- Stores accounting.-
- Inventory control.-
- Stock-taking.-
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form.Greeting visitors at reception.-
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms.-
- Arranging post and deliveries.-
- Taking minutes at meetings.-
- typing up letters and reports.-
- Updating computer records using a database.-
- Printing and photocopying.-
- Ordering office supplies.-
- Maintaining office systems.-
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors.-
- Liaising with staff in other departments.-
- Working in an office.-
- Research potential vendors.-
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.-
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.-
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.-
- Review quality of purchased products.-
