**Purpose**

The "**Learning Partner**" role leads and manages learning and development initiatives for TVSM support.functions, including Data & AI and Digital teams. This includes conducting needs assessments, developing tailored curricula, and creating annual learning plans in alignment with the departments' strategic goals.

**Role Description**

The role of a "**Learning Partner**" involves a range of responsibilities, including:

- **Strategic Project Leadership**: Lead learning and development projects to proactively address the needs of TVSM support functions, particularly the Data & AI and Digital teams
- **Needs Assessment**: Conduct thorough assessments to identify performance gaps and learning needs within the organization, and design tailored learning solutions to bridge those gaps
- **Curriculum Development**: Oversee the design and development of curriculum in partnership with stakeholders, aligning it with both learning needs and the strategic goals of client departments.
- **Learning Planning**: Develop annual learning plans for client departments and take full ownership of their execution
- **Accountability**: Be responsible for the overall strategy and execution of designing, developing, managing, delivering, and maintaining learning solutions for the identified client departments
- **Learning Methods/Forums**: Be responsible for strategy, design and implementation of

Communities of Practice, Practice Labs (for technical teams), technical/functional assessments, etc.
- **Facilitation**: Conduct facilitated sessions for client departments on various topics like focus group discussions, needs assessments, on-the-job training, etc.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams as well as external partners or vendors in the development of learning solution
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Work closely with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to analyse the effectiveness and adoption of learning solutions, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement based on feedback
- **Cultivating a Learning Culture**: Promote a culture of continuous learning and growth mindset within the organization, leveraging experiential learning to enhance skill development. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of learning and development, particularly related to the technical and functional competencies of the client departments.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 8 years of professional experience with relevant professional
- experience in learning and development in IT industry
- 4+ years of experience in the role of a Learning Partner/Program manager, preferably in IT industry
- with demonstrated experience in designing, developing and successfully implementing strategic L&D
- initiatives including evaluating learning effectiveness and ROI
- Experience in instructional design and curriculum development as well as knowledge of adult
- learning theory and learning styles
- Strong domain knowledge of IT industry, its emerging trends from skills and capabilities perspective
- Must have good Facilitation Skills (preferably from Individual Contributors till Managers level)
- Experience in leveraging technology in design and delivery of learning solutions
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to handle ambiguity and complexity
