**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective job descriptions.
- Implement and maintain efficient recruitment processes and workflows to ensure timely and effective hiring.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with HR and recruitment teams to align on recruitment strategies and goals.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including equal employment opportunity laws.

**Profile Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations, with a focus on recruitment processes.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
