JD for Semi qualified company secretary -Compliance Executive
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with SEBI, stock exchange regulations, and other statutory requirements.
Assist in the drafting and submission of regulatory filings, disclosures, and reports.
Monitor changes in legislation and advise the company on necessary actions to ensure compliance.
Coordinate with regulatory bodies, including stock exchanges, depositories, and SEBI, on compliance matters.
Assist in the maintenance of proper records and documentation required by law and internal policies.
Support internal audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented in case of non-compliance.
Prepare and update the company’s compliance policies, processes, and procedures.
Conduct compliance training for staff to ensure awareness of regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
**Required Skills**:
Strong understanding of SEBI regulations and stock broking compliance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in legal and regulatory research.
Qualifications:
Semi-qualified Company Secretary (CS).
Prior experience in compliance within the financial services or stock broking sector is preferred.
