**Job Title: Telemarketer & Feet on Street Sales Representative**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Customer Outreach**:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our courses using the sales scripts provided.
- Place at least 150 phone calls to potential clients daily from our database.
- Adjust sales scripts as necessary to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Answer questions from potential clients about our courses and services.
- Generate between 5 and 15 qualified sales leads per day.
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on availability.
**Sales & Customer Relationship Management**:
- Understand customer requirements and close sales by asking the right questions.
- Direct qualified prospects to the field sales team as needed.
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and useful customer information in the database.
- Handle customer grievances to uphold the company’s reputation.
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
**Field Sales (Feet on Street)**:
- Actively engage in on-the-ground sales efforts, meeting clients face-to-face to close deals.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of our products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets related to both call volume and sales outcomes.
**Team Collaboration & Equipment Maintenance**:
- Train other telemarketers as required.
- Communicate any issues, concerns, or questions to the manager promptly.
- Refer customer complaints to the manager when necessary.
- Maintain computer, telephone, and other sales equipment.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Willingness to be actively involved in field sales (feet on street).
- Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining accurate customer data.
**Additional Skills**:
- Positive attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve success.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer grievances professionally.
