Sales Internship

We at Lotlite Property are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Intern to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our sales process, being the first point of contact for our potential customers. Your main goal will be to generate interest in our properties and services, setting the stage for a successful sales journey.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referral sources.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities within Pune's real estate market.
- Provide clients with detailed information about our properties, including Hinjewadi, Blue Ridge Township, and more.
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings for potential buyers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of client requirements.
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate client information.
- Participate in property expos and events to promote Lotlite Property.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Intern or similar role in real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of Pune's real estate market and trends.
- Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
