**Experience - 6 months - 2 years.**

**Job Requirement**:
Graduate with excellent communication skills (oral and written both).

Proficient in MS-Office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare daily reports in prescribed format. Able to share fortnightly and monthly forecast.
- Ensuring timely realization of payments as per PO terms.
- Outstanding payments follow up.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- No travel
