**Job description-**
**Sales**
*Implement strategic account plans to grow revenue and market share within assigned accounts in modern trade, ecommerce and Quick commerce
*Getting the PO for the products listed in accordance to the target planned from the key accounts
*Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
*Forecast and track sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client accounts.
*Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial outcomes.
*Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
*Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for account plans.
*Market intelligence report of competitor schemes,new products information to be tracked and reported
*Achieve and exceed individual sales quotas and team goals.
*Qualifications:*
*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
*Minimum 5 years of experience in MT sales, preferably within the same industry.
*Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Travel may be required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
