MS AD/AAD engineering with Online Exchange and O365 expertise
? Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering of MS Exchange, O365, Azure, Active
Directory including ecosystem IAM
? Improve and maintain IAM leveraging Microsoft technologies including but not limited Microsoft
Entra, AD, AAD
a) Lead complex or high severity troubleshooting and incident problem resolutions with other
infrastructure teams, including AD operations, storage, messaging, server and network
b) Analyze, engineer, and implement highly complex, enterprise level Active Directory solutions
c) Maintain core infrastructure service designs and configurations in accordance with IT Standards
d) Translate business needs into workable technology solutions that meet the requirements of
internal customers and peer Active Directory Engineering and Operational teams
e) Plan, support, implement and design a directory synchronization system for Microsoft Active
Directory and Windows-based systems across the enterprise, including directory and identity
management solutions
f) Analyze current Active Directory environment to identify both technical and operational
challenges and develop solutions for improvement
g) Analysis, design and implementation of Active Directory and Identity Management solutions
h) Independently manage and perform engineering lead role for large scale Active Directory and
Identity Management projects
i) Analysis, design, capacity planning and implementation of Active Directory Security
j) Support identity and access management projects especially architectural revamping;
k) Troubleshooting Active Directory performance, authentication, and replication issues
l) Applies new solutions through research and collaboration with team and determines course of
m) Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the direct supervisor.;
Performance indicators for the evaluation of results
1) Deliver project documentation requested by the direct supervisor during the agreed months,
including advances of regular tasks as:
a) plan, design, and implement IAM solutions.
b) reports of regular reviews to assess IAM architecture baseline.
c) supporting identity and access management (One Identity, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Active
Directory; Microsoft Azure Active Directory);
2) During the agreed months, performs the needed operations and execution of the related tools,
processes, and controls related to Information Security Unit Work Plan and Roadmap.
Education, Experience, and/or skills required.
Education
? Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or an equivalent certification
? University degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering or relevant field from an accredited
academic institution with 4 years of relevant professional experience.
? Cloud computing certifications at the associate/professional/specialty level from Azure, M365,
and/or AWS are a distinct advantage.
? PKI, AD, NTDS, FSMO, MCSA, ADFS, ITIL, CCNA, CISSP would be an advantage.
Experience
? 4+ years in DNS, DFS, DHCP, WINS, ADFS, AD, Administering Active Directory and GPO’s, Server
virtualization technologies, power shell;
? 4+ years of contributing to the Design, Development and Proof of Concept (POC) for changes to
the existing Directory Technologies & implementation of new Technologies;
? 4+ years of experience with Contributing to the development of Post Implementation “Best
Practice, Troubleshooting and Operational guides” to aid support of installed services; Integration
and support of 3rd party Directory services products

**Skills**:? Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Active Directory; Microsoft Azure
Active Directory
? Demonstrated technical skill in infrastructure architecture, security, and cloud computing with
emphasis on Microsoft Azure, M365, and AWS;
? Strong understanding of AD Attributes, LDAP Queries, PowerShell Scripting to Modify AD
Attributes, Group Policy Analysis, GPO Configuration & Item-Level Targeting, Workstation
Configurations, Browser Configuration Settings, familiarity with VMView and other Applications
that integrated with Active Directory
? Strong knowledge of permissions that are granted natively to various Microsoft Built-In Groups to
perform Active Directory Administrative Functions, knowledge of native permissions granted
when building AD objects, knowledge of permissions granted natively to Built-In Groups via GPOs
and/or Local Policies
? Thorough functional understanding and ability to configure Active Directory Server Roles (CAs, IIS,
File/Print, DNS)
? Working knowledge of GPOs, AD Sites, Replication Topology, and native AD troubleshooting tools
