**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Sourcing Executive at 360 Realtors LLP located in Thane. It will involve below mentioned responsibilities**:

- Fostering client relationships, collaborating with stakeholders, and staying updated on market trends.
- Set clear goals and expectations
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors affecting the retail real estate industry.
- Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities, pricing trends, and potential risks.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to facilitate a transparent and efficient workflow.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required

.A minimum of 6 months - 2 years of real estate sales / Retail Direct Sales - B2C / Insurance Sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with clients and team members
- An understanding of the real estate market and trends in the retail segment
- Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
