Job Title: Realestate Sales Executive

**Job Description**:
We need an experienced Sales Executive for Realestate properties we are promoting. The individual should be able to co-ordinate lead generation, coordinate site visits of prospective clients, follow up with prospects, complete the sales process, carry out post sale client servicing, generate referral sales, and assist the Directors of the company in coordination of marketing and sales procedures and processes and in achieving their month on month marketing and sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Procure, collate and organize qualified data of prospective clients.

2. Connect with prospective clients and motivate them to visit real estate project sites of the company..

3. Co-ordinate prospects client visits and allocate sales executives for sales presentations.

4. Personally close sales and or help the sales executives in closing sales.

5. Follow up with clients and also provide post sale servicing and establish positive client relationship and generate referral sales.

6. Provide all necessary assistance to the Directors of the company in planning, organizing and executing efficient marketing and sales processes and procedures so as to achieve month on month marketing and sales targets.

**Requirements**:
1. A Bachelors Degree and 5 to 7 years of prior experience in in Realestate sales.

2. Proven work experience in Realestate sales is a must.

3. Good communication skills, confidence, self discipline and a pleasing personality are a must.

3. Basic computer skills and usage of MS Office products and ability to prepare and submit marketing and sales reports.

4. Familiarity with real estate industry trends and dynamics.

8. Ability to work independently without supervision.

9. A passion for real estate and a customer-centric mindset.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
