**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals and secure long-term contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Manage the entire sales process, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
- Monitor market developments and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to senior management.
- **Marketing Campaigns**:
- Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns that align with sales goals and target the right audience segments.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure marketing materials are visually appealing and aligned with the brand.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products/services.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
