Client Account Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Onboarding and activating customers on the Pococare platform for assigned clients.
- Coordinating with delivery partners such as ambulance providers and hospitals.
- Collaborating with payer networks (TPAs, Insurance companies) for cashless and streamlined care.
- Executing consumer engagement initiatives to raise awareness of medical emergencies and improve readiness.
- Verifying and handling medical emergency service call details, involving information collection and coordination with healthcare providers.
- **Skills Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Analytical mindset and a proactive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment, prioritize work, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
- **Qualifications & Experience**:
- BBA/BSc/Operations Management
Worked for multiple clients is added advantage.
Strong experience in consulting or agency is added.
**40% willing to travel**
**Hindi Language is must**
