- Collaborate with school administrators and staff to understand their ERP needs and requirements.
- Lead the implementation of the ERP system, including configuration, data migration, and user training.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support and troubleshooting related to the ERP system.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures for ERP usage.
