**Position**: Store Executive
**Work Experience**: 5-8 yrs.
**Education**: Any Graduate
**Job Type**:Full Time
**Remuneration**: As per the Industry Standards (Commensurate with qualification and relevant work experience).
**Job Description/Assignments - **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
**Inter Departmental Support**
- Responsibility to record all the inward & outward entries on ERP or in manual register as per the set standard procedure of the company.
- Responsibility to keep updated with the availability of stock and update head office in case of any shortfalls.
- Responsibility to determine the material request generated based on replacement by inspecting the old parts.
- Responsibility to reconcile all the purchases along with technical team and update stock register on daily basis.
- Responsibility to arrange site level approvals on timely basis.
- Responsibility to coordinate & support all the concerned stakeholders working at respective project site.
- Responsibility to ensure proper documentation in respect to compliance & audit prospective.
**Inventory Management**
- Responsibility to oversee the receipt and the material issuance on daily basis ensuring reconciliation and the proper storage of material which includes but not limited to the monitoring of:
Receipts
Storage
Distribution
- Responsibility to book & stamp all the purchases done at project site which includes both direct and payments made through imprest.
- Responsibility to ensure that all the purchases shall be booked in between the timeframe of 24 to 48 hours.
- Responsibility to issue the material as per applicability of LIFO method under consultation of head office.
- Responsibility to conduct the physical verification of stock on monthly basis and update stock statement report for Head Office on routine assessment.
**On Site Procurement**
- Responsibility to identify the local vendors for each of the assets which can possibly be procured within the city.
- Responsibility to identify the enough vendors for the assessment of head office on local purchase.
- Responsibility to enrich with the equipment’s and spare part knowledge of Fleets and other items being commonly used in the system.
- Responsibility to update Head Office prior to any purchase being done at the project site.
**Management Reporting**
- Responsibility to send signed & stamped inventory report to head office on weekly basis.
- Responsibility to maintain quarterly report of scraps & update to head office as & when required.
- Responsibility to maintain expanse sheets & submit to head office on weekly basis.
- Responsibility to identify the aging of all spare parts and consumables & update the status in aging report as & when required.
- Responsibility to update assets list & update head office as & when required.
- Responsibility to update head office in case of any gap been observed while doing the reconciliation and physical audit in terms of quality and quantity.
- Responsibility to conduct the physical audit & update head office on the variation found in the reconciliation of physical stock with available data in terms of quality and quantity.

Qualification
- Graduation/ Diploma Holder in computer.
