Chat Support Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Chat Support: Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.**
**- Customer Engagement: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional tone while assisting customers, ensuring their needs are effectively met.**
**- Product Knowledge: Stay informed and knowledgeable about the company's products to provide accurate and insightful assistance.**
**- Record Keeping: Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions,comments, and complaints for internal use and analysis.**
**- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing support processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.**
**- Resourceful Support: Utilize available resources efficiently to resolve customer issues, aiming to maintain high satisfaction and customer retention.**
**Requirements**:
- Effective Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to convey information clearly and confidently in written form.**
**- Customer Experience Metrics: Familiarity with customer experience metrics such as CSAT and NPS.**
**- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple chats simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.**
**- Problem Resolution: A strong aptitude for customer service, including the ability to handle complex queries and escalations.**
**- Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of responses and consistency in service.**
**Qualifications/Eligibility**:
- Customer Support Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support,preferably in the financial services or loan operations sector.**
**- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills for addressing customer queries effectively.**
**- Communication: Proficiency in written communication and grammar.**
**- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms and chat support tools such as Freshdesk, Live Chat, or similar systems.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
