Chat Support Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate to join our team and provide exceptional service through live chat support. This role requires an enthusiastic and empathetic communicator who can engage with customers, resolve their inquiries efficiently, and contribute to process improvements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Chat Support**: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally addressing customer inquiries via live chat.
- **Customer Engagement**: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional tone in all customer interactions, ensuring a satisfying support experience.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the company's products to provide accurate, insightful assistance to customers.
- **Record Keeping**: Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for internal analysis and record-keeping.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and suggest opportunities for improving support processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- **Resourceful Support**: Utilize available resources effectively to resolve customer issues, aiming to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
**Requirements**:
- **Effective Communication**: Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills to convey information clearly and confidently.
- **Customer Experience Metrics**: Familiarity with customer satisfaction metrics, such as CSAT and NPS.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to manage multiple chats simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and utilize time efficiently.
- **Problem Resolution**: Strong aptitude for handling complex queries and escalations with a customer-centric approach.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure accuracy and consistency in responses, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
- **Customer Support Experience**: Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support, ideally in financial services or loan operations.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make effective decisions to address customer queries.
- **Communication Proficiency**: Strong written communication skills, including grammar proficiency.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM platforms and chat support tools, such as Freshdesk or Live Chat.

Pay: ₹23,500.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
