**Position Available: Chat Support Executive (WZATCO Projectors)**
WZATCO seeks to appoint a skilled Chat Support Executive to join our distinguished team. This role is integral to our commitment to delivering exceptional support to our clientele, thereby ensuring the optimal utilization of our advanced projector solutions.
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Technical Issue Resolution**: Diagnose and resolve technical challenges, including but not limited to connectivity issues, image quality concerns, and hardware malfunctions.
- **Product Utilization Guidance**: Offer expert advice to customers, facilitating their understanding and effective use of the various features of our projectors.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, issues encountered, and resolutions provided, contributing to the continuous improvement of our support services.
- **Follow-Up**: Ensure that all customer inquiries are thoroughly resolved, conducting follow-up communication where necessary.
- **Technical Acumen**: Stay informed of the latest advancements in LED projector technology to enhance the quality of support provided.
- **Feedback Reporting**: Identify and report recurring issues to the product development team, aiding in the refinement and innovation of our product offerings.
**Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, or a related discipline is preferred.
- **Professional Experience**: A minimum one year of experience in technical support, with a particular emphasis on electronics or projectors, is required.
- **Skill Set**: Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting, superior communication skills, and the ability to articulate technical information with clarity and precision.
- **Technical Tools**: Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote diagnostic tools is advantageous.
