Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual for the position of Presales Fresher with basic digital marketing knowledge. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the presales team in generating leads, understanding customer requirements, and assisting with digital marketing efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in the technology industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the presales team in researching and identifying potential leads and prospects.
- Support the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Conduct market research to gather information on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, content creation, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Help maintain the CRM system by updating customer information and tracking leads and opportunities.
- Assist in organizing and attending sales meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
- Stay updated on the company's products, services, and industry knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide relevant information.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools, including social media platforms, SEO, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Strong analytical and research skills to gather market intelligence and identify potential leads.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Quick learner with a strong desire to continuously develop knowledge and skills in the technology industry.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role or internship in presales or marketing is a plus.

Note: As a fresher, you will receive comprehensive training and guidance to develop your skills and knowledge in presales and digital marketing.
