**Tender Management**:

- **Good Knowledge/ Handling all Government & Private Portals
- Eproc2, GEM, CPPP(e-TENDERS), CPWD, NSDC, IREPS & others.**:

- Overseeing the entire tendering process from start to finish.
- Understanding tender requirements and ensuring compliance with them.
- Developing tender documentation, including RFIs (Request for Information), RFPs (Request for Proposals), and RFQs (Request for Quotations).
- Manage complete Company portfolio on GEM Portal.
- Coordinating with various internal departments such as sales, finance, legal, and technical teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- **Research and Analysis**:

- Conducting market research to identify potential tender opportunities.
- Analyzing tender documents, understanding client requirements, and identifying risks and opportunities associated with each tender.
- **Bid Preparation**:

- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to prepare compelling tender proposals.
- Writing and editing tender responses to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.
- Managing the timeline for bid submissions and ensuring deadlines are met.
- **Negotiation**:

- Participating in negotiations with clients during the tender process.
- Addressing queries and concerns raised by clients regarding the tender submission.
- **Contract Management**:

- Assisting in contract negotiations and finalization post-award.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managing contract modifications or amendments as necessary.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborating with sales and business development teams to understand client needs and preferences.
- Acting as a liaison between the organization and clients throughout the tendering process.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintaining accurate records of tender documents, correspondence, and submissions.
- Generating reports on tender activities, including win/loss analysis, to identify areas for improvement.
- **Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Ensuring that all tender submissions adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Implementing quality assurance processes to enhance the quality of tender proposals.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve the tendering process.
- Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to tender management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
