Roles and responsibilities
Assess relevant training needs for staff and organization, in consultation with departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems entailed.
Design training courses, map processes & programs necessary to meet training needs, or manage this activity using the GIEOM software
Formulate and successfully implement training calendar.
Stay informed to relevant skill and qualifications levels required by staff for effective performance.
Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational, statutory, and client policies.
Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance etc. as required.
Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
