- Customer care executives are responsible for building a positive company image and ensuring customer satisfaction. They may conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Customer care executives may manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they are trained to provide excellent customer service.
- Customer care executives may create recommendations for best practices.
