As a Customer Care Executive within the automobile industry, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Interaction: Answer customer questions, provide information about products and services, and help them with appointments.
- Issue Resolution: Solve customer problems by working with different departments and following company rules.
- Customer Relationship: Build good relationships with customers, check if they're happy, and suggest other products they might like.
- Documentation: Keep records of customer interactions and feedback, and tell managers how to improve.
- Product Knowledge: Learn about new car features, attend training, and share this info with customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree or similar in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in Automobile industry.
- Skills: Good at talking to people, solving problems, using computers, and managing time.

**Experience**: 0-1 Year (Automobile industry)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:
