**Job Description**:
1. Manage and convert information technology specific leads shared on daily basis. Should be a go getter with a go for kill attitude on numbers.

2. Based out of Bangalore with domain expertise in the IT training

Responsibility and Authority
- To maintain a MIS daily and share the same with reporting manager and Management on the status of the leads provided.
- To convert a minimum of 20% of the leads provided with an earning ration of 1: 20
- A very good communicator who can build relationship with customers for conversion and repeat business.
- Planning the events, Scheduling the calendar, blocking the trainers, arranging venues, boarding and lodging of the trainer and for the event.
- Preparation of the quotation, communication for the invoicing and sending the invoice to the customers until the collection is done
- Provide proper training solution to the customers as per their need, maintaining customer relation & achieving satisfaction through communication & client visit
