Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting and Assisting Visitors:Welcome parents, students, and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate offices or personnel.
- Front Desk Management:Maintain an organized and presentable front desk area.

Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the relevant staff members.
- Enrollment and Admissions Support:Provide information to parents and prospective students about enrollment procedures, admission requirements, and deadlines.
- School Information:Disseminate important information about school activities, events, and policies to parents and visitors.

Maintain a clear and updated bulletin board with school announcements.
- Administrative Support:Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages for the school.
- Student Health and Safety:Maintain records of student attendance and absences.
- Follow the school's safety and security protocols, such as signing in and out for visitors and students.
- Problem Resolution:Address parent concerns and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the school administration or relevant staff members as needed.
- School Events and Activities:Assist in the planning and coordination of school events, parent-teacher meetings, and other activities.

Manage the scheduling and registration of parent-teacher conferences.
- School Records and Documentation:Maintain and update student records, attendance records, and other school documentation.

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
