**Job Overview**:
The Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients, visitors, and team members. This individual will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication within the office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage the front desk by answering phone calls, routing them to the appropriate departments, and taking messages as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient office operations.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing workstations and necessary documentation.
- Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
