**Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive**

**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our company's clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, concerns are addressed, and expectations are exceeded. Your goal will be to foster long-term partnerships with clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Understand the unique needs and objectives of each client, and tailor solutions and services to meet their specific requirements.
- Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, effectively communicating client needs, feedback, and expectations.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or challenges.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and gather feedback through surveys, meetings, and regular communication to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, resolving issues or escalating them to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations as needed to support sales and retention efforts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
