**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring all members understand their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, both internal and external, in a clear and timely manner.
- Identify and address stakeholder concerns, ensuring their expectations are managed effectively.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Allocate and optimize resources to meet project objectives.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Implement contingency plans as needed to address unforeseen challenges.
- Establish and maintain quality standards for project deliverables.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Generate and distribute regular progress reports to relevant stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in either Business Administration (MBA) or Engineering/Technology (B.Tech) is required..
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on project metrics and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating project teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
