As Admin-Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

- Establish, maintain and reconcile full set of accounts
- Monitor cash flows and maintain records
- Ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded
- Prepare and check sales invoices
- Prepare vendor payments
- Filing of all financial files, records and relevant documents
- Process monthly payroll, salary, PF & ESI etc
- Record and track team leaves
- Monitor office maintenance, servicing and supplies
- Provide administrative assistance to management
- Prepare quotations for various enquiries in discussion with management
- Mail communications to clients for sending quotes and follow-ups

**Job requirements**
- Experience in general account, finance and relevant areas
- Knowledge in GST, statutory is preferred
- Resourceful, with a positive and problem-solving attitude
- Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
- Good organisational and coordination skills
- Responsible, efficient and structured with attention to detail
- Responsible Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Able to work well under pressure
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google office suite, especially Excel and Sheets
- Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective cross-functional team work
- A Diploma or Degree in Accounting and/or Finance is preferred
- Has 2-3 years relevant experience
- Has a positive attitude, responsible, accountable, flexible and respectful
- Cares about integrity and equality
- Believes in supporting team mates, exceeding expectations, expressing ideas and listening to others

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)
