Job Title: Accounts Cum Admin Executive

Location: Chennai Nungambakkam

We are seeking a highly organized and multitasking Accounts Cum Admin Executive to join our team. The Accounts Cum Admin Executive will be responsible for managing both financial and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Management**:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and trial balances.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts to ensure adequate funds are available for operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies in all financial transactions and reporting.
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance activities, including preparation of tax returns and communication with tax authorities.
- Provide financial analysis and support to management as needed.
- **Administrative Management**:

- Provide administrative support to the facility management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate facility-related activities, such as maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Maintain accurate records of facility expenses, budgets, and contracts.
- Assist in the procurement of supplies and equipment for the facility.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for facility-related inquiries and requests from staff and vendors.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events and meetings held at the facility.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and distribute communications to staff regarding facility-related updates and announcements.
- Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by the facility management team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles, with a minimum of 6 months to 1 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and office management practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
