Role title: Tele marketer

Function:
As a Tele marketer at Enabling Leadership, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission and

fundraising efforts. You will be responsible for conducting secondary research to identify and shortlist potential corporate and individual donors.

You will also be responsible for making outbound calls to these shortlisted donors and communicate with them about the vision & mission of Enabling Leadership. You should possess strong data management skills. You will also be working in close coordination with the donor acquisition team by providing them qualified leads to help secure the donation. Your passion for our mission, excellent communication skills, and ability to articulate our organization's impact will be essential in driving successful fundraising.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:

- Conduct secondary research to identify a potential list of donors, generate leads
- Conduct outbound calls to the leads identified through secondary research

(corporate & individual donors).
- Share the organization's mission, programs, and impact in a compelling manner.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and update information in the database.
- Provide accurate information about donation options, campaigns, and ongoing

initiatives.
- Stay informed about our organization's projects, campaigns, and fundraising goals.

Minimum Requirements:

- Should have strong data management skills
- 10+2/Graduates preferred.
- Fresher or 1-3 years of experience telemarketing, sales, or customer service in any sector will

be preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse individuals.
- Active listening skills
- Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate EL's mission and impact effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Multi-linguistic will be an added advantage.

**Salary: At par, based on experience**
