**Job Descriptions**
- Hotel Business strategies: Planning, evaluating, implementing, and continuously improving all aspects of Hotel sales functions, and processes, and recognizing potential opportunities.
- Effective sales presentations and closing deals with Corporates and Key B2B agents
- Maintaining strong client relationships - OTA, Agents, and Corporates.
- Maximise all Revenue opportunities to Achieve stretched monthly & annual targets as per budgets and manage sales & cash flow in a result-focused environment
- Develop new feeder markets, Identifying potential customers & business 0pportunities
- Plan and develop marketing strategies and promotion plans. Plan and participate in Sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Analyzing & Reporting on Sales and Financial Data. Report on a Daily/Weekly
- Monthly basis on HSD performance to the leadership team.

**Required Skills**:

- Should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 3-4 years of work experience in Hotel Sales Depts and managed high volume Sales Functions.
- Able to balance between task and people orientation
- Ready for a fast-paced corporate environment and able to thrive under pressure.
- Applicant must have Strong selling skills and techniques and possess sound knowledge of the Indian & International market
- Possess strong communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
