**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy.
- **Campaign Execution**:

- Assist in planning and executing CRM campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business objectives.
- **Customer Segmentation**:

- Identify and segment customer groups based on predefined criteria.
- Implement targeted communication strategies for different customer segments.
- **Communication Channels**:

- Monitor and optimize communication workflows for efficiency.
- **Feedback Collection**:

- Implement strategies to collect customer feedback and insights.
- Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support.
- Ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer journey.
- **Customer Retention**:

- Contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing customer retention rates.
- Address customer concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate regular reports on key CRM metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in CRM, marketing, or a customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
