*Responsibilities:*
- Manage and update the company's customer database.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Monitor customer interactions and feedback to improve services and products.
- Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies.
- Generate reports on customer satisfaction, sales activities, and other key metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM.

*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a CRM role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
