**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team. The role requires a proactive and solution-oriented individual who can anticipate needs, prioritize tasks and independently find effective solutions to issues that arise. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and performing research to facilitate decision-making.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including taking notes and following up on action items.
- Manage the calendar and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient time management.
- Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as requested.
- Organize and maintain files, ensuring that documents are accessible and up-to-date.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications with the CEO
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Adapt to the CEO’s varying needs, demonstrating flexibility with hours and the ability to travel on short notice.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and any other tasks as required supporting the CEO’s objectives.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them.
- Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel when needed.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.
- A proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused attitude.

**Preferred**:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification.
- Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

**Language**:Must be Fluent in English

**Shift Timings**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
